Depending on the time of your arrival the keys will be handed over by the Property Manager or the Security: Between 9 AM and 6 PM: The Property Manager will meet with you, give you a brief on the Property and handover the keys. Between 6 PM to 9 AM: The Security will hand over the keys and escort you to your unit. The Property Manager is available on the phone and will give you an introduction to the Property the following morning. The pool is open with time slots to be followed due to Coronavirus. Please note that there is a 2.5% charge when you pay with a Visa and Mastercard credit card. And 5% charge when you pay with American Express credit card.

ANY EXCESSIVE MESS, ESPECIALLY INVOLVING FOOD AND DIRTY ITEMS, THAT CAUSES DAMAGE OR SIGNIFICANT MESS WILL RESULT IN A CLEANING CHARGE OF INR 3,000 AT THE TIME OF CHECK OUT.
